El documento abarca el ciclo completo de la formulación de políticas basada en pruebas, desde la estrategia y la planificación de las evaluaciones, los recursos, la recopilación de datos y las metodologías de evaluación hasta la difusión de pruebas y sus usos en la formulación de políticas.
