Following the first agreement signed in 2019, this new version takes into account the different contexts related to the financial markets, the strong influence of new technologies, the adoption of remote working as a working method for all the entities of the Group giving remote workers equal rights, insurance coverage, union rights and equal access to training and career paths.
At the same time, the updated agreement introduces the need to prevent and mitigate the potential negative impacts of using Artificial Intelligence and surveillance tools in the workplace.
The agreement prohibits discrimination, violence, and harassment, calling on the Group's various entities to adopt support measures for victims and encouraging policies on inclusion, equal opportunities, and health and safety at work.
A guaranteed paternity leave of 28 calendar days for employees worldwide is in addition to the 16-week maternity leave introduced in 2019.
Finally, the social partners committed to a bank due diligence plan on human rights and fundamental labour rights.
