Abrimos esta edición con una serie de importantes acontecimientos internacionales: la adopción de la Directiva de Transparencia Salarial por parte del Parlamento Europeo y la conclusión de la 347.ª reunión del Consejo de Administración (CA) de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo (OIT), donde se trataron temas como el trabajo decente en la economía de plataformas, las cadenas de suministro y la agresión rusa contra Ucrania.
En el Año Europeo de las Competencias, un informe reciente de Eurofound muestra el modo de abordar la escasez de mano de obra con políticas específicas y medidas educativas y de capacitación.
A nivel nacional, informamos sobre el reciente proyecto de ley de Colombia relativo al tiempo de trabajo y la estabilización de las relaciones laborales; la ley de Brasil para la lucha contra la violencia en el lugar de trabajo y la transposición de la Directiva Europea sobre Denuncia de Infracciones en España.
La denuncia de infracciones también ha sido objeto de una decisión crucial por parte del Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos, que aclara en qué casos el interés público de la revelación supera al de la confidencialidad de las empresas. Asimismo, informamos sobre la decisión del Tribunal Supremo de los Países Bajos relativa a la relación contractual entre repartidores y Deliveroo, así como los criterios para su determinación.
Analizamos el sistema de sanciones introducido por China cuando se infringe la ley contra la discriminación de las mujeres en el trabajo, así como el documento de orientación publicado por la Junta Nacional de Relaciones Laborales de los Estados Unidos sobre los acuerdos de indemnización por despido. Además, en un artículo de Juan José Díaz Mirón, Vicepresidente de la Comisión de Trabajo de la Confederación de Cámaras Industriales de México (CONCAMIN), informamos sobre el debate en materia de salud mental y trabajo en México.
En Argentina, los interlocutores sociales firmaron un acuerdo sobre la regulación de los servicios ofrecidos por los empleadores para el de cuidado de niños. Por otra parte, los interlocutores sociales europeos de la industria metalúrgica adoptaron conclusiones conjuntas para abordar la inteligencia artificial en el lugar de trabajo, y pusieron de relieve su valor y los riesgos conexos que deben afrontarse.
Esta edición incluye dos iniciativas en el ámbito empresarial: la renovación de un contrato empresarial integrador en la industria avícola italiana, y la iniciativa de la empresa irlandesa Tesco que, adelantándose a la ley, ha introducido una licencia de cinco días para las personas que sufren violencia doméstica o corren el riesgo de sufrirla.
